Past, Present & Future

Laurence_cutnerLaurence feels that the genres of alternative history, sci-fi and fantasy have been ignored for too long. It’s time to lift the stones and rotting wood and let the sun shine in. This will be an adventure in time and space that we all can share. From Asimov to Turtledove and Rowling to Tolkien, this will be one heck of a ride. Strap yourselves in and start your rocket boosters. We are going to meet characters, both old and new, with, I hope, some surprises. Remember to also dodge the bullets; the odd military adventure will also come barreling along. Read Laurence's Blog

Dandunn With over 35 years of fishing experience and 25 of those competing on Canada’s most competitive Bass and Walleye circuits I have fished in some of the best and worst fishing conditions. With a unique outlook on fishing, the environment and life, I hope to pass on and share information on the how, where what and when of catching Southern Ontario’s game fish both big and small. Second to this by having the ability to travel globally and fish I have been able to discovery some not so popular techniques and experience adventures from start to finish which should make for some interesting conversation.   follow his blog here.

What's a blog?

  • A blog, short for "Web log", is basically a journal that is available on the Internet. Blogs contain opinions, reporting and observations. The blogger is the person updating the blog, the act of updating the journal is called blogging. Our bloggers will come from many walks of life -- they're students, adventurers, moms, film critics and comedians. Visit often and get involved by adding your own comments to our bloggers posts.

Comment Guidelines

  • We welcome comments but we ask that you observe our guidelines. We like readers who are prepared to stand by their comments by offering their 'real' first and last name - it adds validity to your comments. Stick to the topic and keep it clean. Personal attacks on individuals, bad language and unsubstantiated rumours have no place here. It's OK to be edgy, but if you're going to engage in name-calling and boorish behaviour take it elsewhere in cyberspace. And forget about posting under multiple IDs from the same IP address -- you'll get banned. Full Guidelines.
