I think the store is just in the states, but we could always order online when it comes closer to the day.

Try "Best for Bride" (stores in North York and Etobicoke). We got some nice short-length dresses in the "jasmine" collection for a wedding coming up in July.

What shade of blue are you thinking of going with, Stefanie? The shorter length is so great for May! David's Bridal is in the US, but you can definitely order things online or even take a road trip with your bridesmaids, which could be great fun!
