Love me, love my house.

ImagesWe are selling our home. I just saw, for the first time, our listing online. I have to tell you, not having gone through this before, it's more than a little creepy. There's your stuff, your life, your style, your choices right out there for everyone else to love, hate or ignore. You don't realized how much of you is in your home until you see it from that objective angle. And brother you have to develop a thick skin right quick. I'm sure all those houses I've looked at on my computer in the past, that I hated so very much for their gaudiness, weirdness and downright butt-ugliness, were somebody's hallowed love nest. So glad I can't hear what they're saying about mine.

I hope you aren't moving out of province. I like to think that one day I will run into you somewhere and share a few laughs. Keep us updated as to where you are moving. Moving tip...blank newsprint paper for packing breakables...it's clean and saves washing after unpacking.

I guess the dematerialize and then rematerialize thing didn't work out then.

Are you leaving Sunderland for the Big Smoke? Yikes.
