Anybody got a magic bullet?
Just came back in from playing hockey for the first time since my knee
surgery. I was a little nervous...but the joint did marvelously...for
a 48 year old knee. I'm hanging now though. Dog tired. And did
someone perform surgery when I was asleep and replace all of my elbow,
shoulder and ankle tendons with rusty wire? Yikes. If there are any
joint pain sufferers out there who have found a magic bullet, please
send it along. I'm going to get going on my Yoga again too. In the
past I've found that to be indispensable in terms of shortening my
bounce back time and also minimizing the apres game 'ouch'. In the
meantime I'm having a front-end loader drop off some epsom salts to the
house.

I do have a very possible solution for your aches etc. It's a new product called MAX GXL. It is glutathione, a very natural tripeptide which protects from free radicals and an antioxidant. I discovered this natural product through my improv teacher. With a chronic 24/7 pain in my hip I sought out the help from my doctor. After using many prescribed pain pills, doing a clinical trial study at a hospital with very scary side effects, I quit the analgesic route and thought that I would have to live with pain the rest of my life. I am now pain free and taking tap and jazz lessons again. Oh, I am 54 by the way. If you are interested, let me know.

Glucosamine works. Keep your stick on the ice. Oops, just infringed a copyright....
