Hi Cher...I've notified the powers that be about some of the bugs in the new system. Hopefully they will have things rectified before too long. Appreciate your patience on this.

Hi Neil! Maybe you can help. I registered into the new site but when I go to login, it tells me I must register first!? So....I did....again and again and again. I keep getting the same message. Any ideas how I can rectify this?

Hi Neil. Unfortunately when one puts the url to your new blog into a blogspot "gadget" (the list of my favourite blogs that is beneath my own blog entries), the link leads directly to the Durham News page and not to your blog.
Also, the site requests that your readers "log in" in order to leave a comment. I'm all for identifying oneself, but try to remember usernames and passwords for every site that wants more than just a name and email address! Apparently I need to settle on one username and password and use it everywhere. Hmph. Might be getting a bit late to start that.
At any rate will try to check in at the new site from time to time and see what you're getting up to.
