Bring Your Own China Tea Cup

There'll be a celebration of Lucy Maud Montgomery at Ajax Public Library on October 25, 2008.

Her granddaughter, Luella Macdonald Veijalainen will be in attendance, as will her great-granddaughter, DMRG's own Karem Allen.

Luella was profiled for the website Anne of Green Gables and L.M. Montgomery. Read it here: http://www.avonlea-traditions.com/am_1_1.php

I will do my best. I hope to see you there!

Hi Valerie, I just saw this now. My mother and I were in Leaskdale today and had a very nice time.

When we planned the event at the Library I was unaware it was the same day as the conference in Guelph at the University otherwise Mary Rubio probably would have been able to come out.

I hope you can come out for a bit.

I have been very lax in my transit blog but I think I will have something to say on it shortly.

Karem
