Pretty awesome apology from David Olive in the Toronto Star. Maybe I've not paid close enough attention in the past, but it seems to me that there are not many journalists hold themselves accountable and/or take responsibility for napping on the job. Well done, David.

a public mea culpa is fine... but is he still in his job...still with potential of making the same mistakes? if he's so "sorry" he should resign. As should everyone else involved with this financial fiasco.
