Neins Circa @ Johnny Bs

This cute boy meets girl meets boy meets girl meets boy five piece from the pleasant Vancity play a cutesy pleasant pop that owes a lot to the New Pornographers. While the Neins Circa's debut record was produced by Porno A.C. Newman who subsequently took them on tour with him I think its Destroyer that hovers more clearly in the band's overall sound. There is a simplistic almost unfinished quality to the songs' production but the gang vox chorus more than fills it in. They are playing Johnny Bs on Tuesday Oct 15.
