News round up

Ddwwinterhourscover

Here's an appropriate song for a Monday in January, a January in 2K09, a year projected to be trying at the least for the economy. Its from the sophomore release Winter Hours from the rootsy Deep Dark Woods. The disc is available on Black Hen Records. Its a great little record that draws upon Canada's English Folk heritage as much as it does any alt-country influences.
The song - All My Money Is Gone.

About Will McGuirk

  • Will_McGuirk
    • William McGuirk believes that Canadian music will not feed the world but it will provide moments of digestive relief. Tears are not enough but sometimes that's all we have. That we are not here for a long time so have a good time and support local artists. He has been yelling in the wilderness for 15 years. He needs a home and has been dewormed. He's got 6,000 years of Irish in him so don't believe a word of it.
